    Hello @Rene' Fenech ,

You may enable roaming/local profiles, then migrate roaming/local profiles, after the profile migration is completed, enable UPD for the RDS collection.
You may also use a tool such as the User State Migration Tool (USMT) to migrate user data and settings to the users' new computers.

On my current RDS collection I have user profile disks enabled and when I enabled the roaming profiles, it's transferring only part (Favorites, Saved games, videos) of the profile to the roaming share. Can you suggest a solution for this please?

    Hello @Rene' Fenech ,

1.Can you first disable the UPD, then enable roaming/local profiles, migrate roaming/local profiles, after the profile migration is completed, enable UPD for the RDS collection?

2.You may move user profile data using robocopy or xcopy or File server migration tool then change the profile path with ADModify.net tool http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996216(v=exchg.65).aspx
    Roaming Profile Migration: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/lync/en-US/516271f3-bf6d-42a3-8b4e-f53ba4f5c9ee/roaming-profile-migration?forum=winserverDS

3.You may stop DFS from replicating the profiles folder: "After forcing a GPO update onto the servers where users login remotely, I just logged in as a user and logged back out, then checked the date/time stamp on that user's profile folder. Sure enough, it updated on the new server and not the old."
