Creating custom display resolution settings

I have a new ASUS gaming Laptop with Windows 10 & the NVIDA GTX 1660 Ti card. I am trying to set up a golf simulator. I'm using a Panasonic projector PT-VZ580 to project onto my screen. The default setting is 1920 x 1080. My screen measures 81 inches in height & 91 inches in width, which doing the math works out to a display resolution of approx 1225 x 1080. Windows 10 does not, at least from what I can find, a method to create custom resolutions. Supposedly my NVIDA card has the ability to do so, but in the drop down menu on their program manager, that ability is missing. I have talked with NVIDA to no avail, now I'm looking to the Microsoft community for help. At the moment, my projection only covers 2/3's of the screen. I would like it to cover all of it. Thankyou

Much appreciated for your help. Is the Adrenalin software already on my laptop & if so where would I find it. I think I have everything updated to the best of my knowledge. Also that web page that you provided, I assume is a AMD website ?

Hi sorry for the delay in providing you with an update. I downloaded the software as you suggested, along with any & all updates. Once that was done, & upon opening the program, all the features were displayed with the exception of being able to custom change the display settings. Under the Display setting, I'm supposed to be able to have access to custom resolutions & overrides. Neither one shows up in the new software. This is really becoming frustrating. Neither the NVDIA program or the AMD program do not provide a way to change the display settings within their programs. On my desktop, I am able to access the various drop down menus, & if I was to use my desktop, I can see my options, but on my new laptop, they are nowhere to be found.

As I mentioned earlier, I am trying to set up my golf simulator. I am projecting my laptop screen via a projector onto a projection screen which is approx 7 feet tall x 8 feet wide. I have adjusted the projector settings as best as I can, to where the screen is filled entirely on the width, but the vertical is only 4 feet of the 7 feet. I need to get it to cover the entire 7 x 8 screen, which to my understanding is done by way of changing the Display settings. The default settings on the laptop or through the NVIDA & AMD programs are not flexible enough to do so. Suggestions? Especially on how to get the custom settings to appear. Thanks
