Windows stuck in boot loop

Last night (7/04/2021) I updated windows. After the update finished all looked good and the computer worked fine so i shut it down and went to bed. 

This morning I turn the computer on and windows boots me into this screen:

If I continue it restarts and says "Preparing Automatic Repair". After which it brings me back to the same screen.

After trying all the options in the troubleshoot menu (all failed) I tried the solution of fixing the bootrec. Here is the output to those commands:

Not sure where to go from here but any help in fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated!

    I have formatted the drive and tried to install Windows onto it. I get this error during the installation:

    At this point I'm ok with just wiping both my drives and starting with a fresh install of Windows. Can you help me do this please?

    FYI I have tried the format primary partition and install on both of the drives in the pc
