I also just tried the third option you gave using the command and this did not work either. Also, I am using an internal camera and the issue started without any prior glitches or warnings.
Camera not working and getting error code
My camera all of a sudden will not work. I keep getting an error code 0xA00f4243<CameraReservedByAnotherApp> (0xc00D3704) I've tried all of the troubleshooting I could find in these forums. Device manager, checked settings in app, checked firewall settings.... I just did a recovery and it still won't work. What else can I do?

2021-05-20T00:58:20+00:00 Hi RachaelEbeling-
Thank you for keeping me posted. When you say you tried the command, is it successful?
That command will uninstall the application completely and you need to install again the camera app using Windows Store.
To be able for you to execute the command properly you need to open the powershell with admin privilege.
To do that search powershell on your search box.
On the resulting box, right click on the powershell and run it as administrator.
Once the powershell is open, copy and paste the command:
Get-AppxPackage *windowscamera* | Remove-AppxPackage
Hit enter to execute the command and once its done it will remove the camera app on your system and you need to download / install it on your Windows Store.
Please do let me know what will happen. Hope this will help and have a blessed day!
Thanks.
