Hi ArunKaluvakolanu-
I'm Kevin B. Windows user like you. I do apologize for the inconvenience, let me help you sort things out.
Is this a internal or external camera ?
On the device manager, kindly click on view and click show hidden devices.
Check if the camera driver shows their and try to update it.
Restart the computer and see if it will show up.
If the issue persist, try to uninstall the driver and restart your machine.
Also, you may try to find the compatible driver on the manufacturers website.
Press windows key + R
Type: msinfo32
Hit enter.
On the system information look for system manufacturer and model
Go to your browser and search it together with camera driver.
Install the driver that is compatible on your Windows 10.
Restart your machine to apply the changes.
Hope this will help and have a blessed day!
Thanks,
Kevin B.
