do you find Unknown USB device (Device descriptor Request failed) under the Universal serial Bus controllers

    in the device manager??

right click it and then uninstall it

    then restart PC

    then check for updates

go to the bios and enable camera

it should be inside system devices or something like that

    Hi ArunKaluvakolanu -

Thanks for the response and I do apologize if the method did not fix the issue

Base from the screenshot provided, it appears that the camera driver is not fully installed as it appears to be grayed out on the list.

Did you follow the steps in updating the driver on the link provided?

If not, kindly follow the steps on how to update the driver of the camera on your computer

Right click on the camera driver listed under cameras

    Select Update Driver

    Select search automatically for drivers

Windows will search for an available driver software online

Wait for the process to complete

    Check if everything works fine

If the above method did not work, please try to roll back the driver if possible on your windows

    Press windows key + X

    Select Device Manager

On the device manager, locate and expand cameras

Right click on the camera driver that is currently installed

    Select Update Driver

Select Browse my computer for drivers

Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer

List of installed driver will be displayed, select an older driver and hit next until the process completes.

    Restart the computer if needed

    Regards,

    Kevin B.
