Hi, my name is Anderson Souza, I hope I can help you with your issue.

Sorry for the problem reported. Since the problem is recent, maybe some change in your Windows settings, or some update caused the problem, you can try using a system restore point to try to reverse the problem.

This option takes your PC back to an earlier point in time, called a system restore point. Restore points are generated when you install a new app or driver, and when you create a restore point manually. Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made.

1 - In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel, and then choose it from the list of results

2 - In the Control Panel search box, type recovery.

3 - Select Recovery > Open System Restore.

4 - In the Restore system files and setting box, select Next.

5 - Select the restore point that you want to use in the list of results, and then select Scan for affected programs.

    Notes:

    • If you don’t see the restore point that you want to use, select the Show more restore points check box to see more restore points.
    • If you’re not seeing any restore points, it might be because system protection isn’t turned on. Here’s how to check:
    • In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel, andthen choose it from the list of results.
    • In the Control Panel search box, type recovery.
    • Select Recovery > Configure System Restore > Configure and see if the Turn on system protection option is selected.
    • If the Turn on system protection option is not selected, system protection isn’t turned on and there aren't any restore points. In this scenario, you won't be able to recovery your PC using a system restore point and will need to use one of the other recovery options listed on this page.
    • If the Turn on system protection option is selected, continue with step 6.

6 - You'll see a list of items that will be deleted if you remove this restore point. If you're OK with the deletions, select Close> Next > Finish.

Thank you for the quick reply. My system sadly has no restore points so i wasn't able to revert it. Your guide was very well writen but sadly did not solve my issues. I will continue looking for a solution. Thank you again for your time.

Thanks for the feedback. I found some references on the internet about the EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error related to your game. Could you print the error window? Maybe you can refine your search and find something more specific.

Thanks for the feedback. How the error mentions some system components We can proceed by checking the integrity of your system files. Windows has two tools commonly used for this purpose: SFC and DISM.

The System File Checker (SFC) tool built into Windows will scan your Windows system files for corruption or any other changes. If a file has been modified, it will automatically replace that file with the correct version. If the SFC command doesn’t work, you can also try the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) command to repair the underlying Windows system image.

[ Using System File Checker in Windows 10 ]

System File Checker is a utility in Windows 10 that checks for problems with files on your computer. To run it, follow these steps:

Make sure you've installed the latest updates for Windows 10, and then restart your machine. To find out more, read Update Windows 10.

In the search box on the taskbar, type Command Prompt, and right-click or press and hold Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the list of results. Select Run as administrator, and then select Yes.

    Type

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

(note the space before each "/"), and then press Enter. (Note: This step may take a few minutes to start and up to 30 minutes to complete.)

After you see a message that says "The operation completed successfully," type

    sfc /scannow

(note the space between "sfc" and "/") and press Enter.

After you see a message that says, "Verification 100% complete," type exit.
