Why does this program code appear on my screen?

I frequently incur this bug on my Windows 11 machine that displays the programming source code all over my screen. But I noticed that the start button displays over this bug.

I am facing this all the time. This bug persists even if I restart. I am having a hard time using the PC

Can anyone help?

    I finally did a whole reset of the computer after backing up my files on OneDrive. So far, so good. The code seems to have gone.

    I’m experiencing the same issue here.

    Pretty much as mentioned.

    Apart from resetting, is there anything could be done?

    Same question, but cannot reset the PC as it's a work PC. Is there any fix to this yet?
