    Hi Mitx_,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Please upload the minidump and MEMORY.dmp files Windows created when you encountered BSOD. It will help us determine what caused the PC to crash.

    1. Open Windows File Explorer
    2. Go to C:\Windows(for MEMORY.dmp) and C:\Windows\Minidump(for minidump)
    3. Zip those files
    4. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.).
    5. Then share the link here.

    Thanks.

    HI,

    Sorry for the delayed reply.

The minidump and Memory dump file indicated the file "nvlddmkm.sys". This file is related to the NVidia graphics card.

    Please try the following.

    1. Install the latest Windows updates.
    2. Update or Rollback the NVidia driver in the Device Manager.

Open Device Manager >> click Display Adapters >> right- click your NVidia driver >> click Update Driver.

If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your NVidia driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.

    1. Use the NVidia Geforce Experience Software to update the driver.
    2. Clean uninstall the currently installed NVidia driver using DDU then download and install the available driver from the PC manufacturer's/NVidia support website.
    3. Update BIOS if available.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

I have tried it before, I did everything you mentioned, except the BIOS since I don't know how, but it still kept on occurring the last few weeks so I posted it online now. But since there is a new update on my graphics driver, I'll try it now and will update you if it happens again.

Okay, let me now if the issue is resolved by the driver update.

    Good luck!
