is there another way as all I got in my email was another one time code and at the moment I do not trust that
single use code
I keep getting emails with a single use code, every day there is 3 or more. I don't click on anything because I haven't asked for any help. I use Gmail for my emails. I have tried phoning m/soft but I just get a message saying the number has no roads??? I can not find an email address to contact anyone.
Is this spam or someone trying to hack my account.

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.
If you receive a single-use code sent to your backup security email and you did not request one, it could be a sign that someone is attempting to access your account, or it might simply be spam.
First, verify the legitimacy of the email. Confirm that it comes from the official Microsoft support team. Legitimate emails from the Microsoft account team will usually have the <@accountprotection.microsoft.com> domain.
If you determine that the email is not legitimate, do not click on any links, as they may redirect you to a third-party phishing website and might steal your account information.
If the email appears to be legitimate, sign in to your Microsoft account's recent activity page to check for any unusual activity related to your account.

If you see any unusual activity from different locations, immediately secure your account by changing your account password and enabling two-factor authentication.
If this is a personal account, please use the following link to reset the password: https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

Hi XXXXXXXXXXX
We received your request for a single-use code to use with your Microsoft account.
Your single-use code is: XXXXXXX
Only enter this code on an official website or app. Don't share it with anyone. We'll never ask for it outside an official platform.
Thanks,
