Unable to install.net 3.5, error code 0x800F081F

Follow the online tutorial to set Windows update to open automatically, still useless. After that I tried the dism still appear error code 0x800F081F.

    Please upload your CBS logs to OneDrive or GoFile.io and share the link here. To collect the CBS logs, open admin PowerShell and run:

    GCI -Path 'c:\windows\logs\cbs\*.*',  'c:\windows\logs\dism\dism.log' | Compress-Archive -destination (join-path ([environment]::GetFolderPath('Desktop')) \CBS.zip)
    

    This creates a file named CBS.zip on your desktop. Share it on OneDrive or GoFile.io and post the link here.

    (or)

    Launch Settings > System > Recovery. Under "Fix problems using Windows Update", select "Reinstall now."

    This does a repair installation, keeping your files, apps, and settings.

    1. Can you confirm you're using the Windows 11 ISO (instead of the Windows 10 ISO) on the Windows 11 PC to install .NET Framework 3.5?
    2. Run
    • dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
    • dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    1. Run:
    • dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All

    Once done, share the latest logs from the CBS folder.

    *c:\windows\logs\cbs*

    Also, share:

    c:\windows\logs\dism\dism.log
