Hi ,
I am Ivan, I will help you with this.
Access the device manager, take a screenshot and post it here.
Do you have a USB flash driver to create a Windows installation drive if necessary?

This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
It also seems to be causing a bunch of other drivers to stop working (PCI express root port, ACPI wake alarm, both i2c hid devices, intel wifi) because all of their errors are saying that they are waiting for another device and all are connected to the AMD gpio controller. I tried to update my chipset drivers but it did nothing. How do I fix this?? I would prefer not to reinstall Windows btw, plus I can't do it because since I have no wifi (the intel wifi driver does not work, yes i also reinstalled that driver) I would not be able to do a cloud reinstall. I would not like to do a local re-installation because I am worried it will reuse corrupted drivers.
Dell Inspiron 7415 2-in-1, BIOS 1.29 4/24/2025, AMD GPIO Controller version 2.2.0.130

Thanks
No, how do I enter windows safe mode?
Hi ,
We can try system restore and go back to a point where the laptop was working.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/sys...
Use Windows mode to select a point before the problem occurred.
Details this restore returns the laptop to a period where configuration and installation that you have done after the specific date point will not be installed.
