    Hello, my name is Anis. I'll be glad to help you today.

    Please try resetting Microsoft Store.

    To reset the Microsoft Store cache in Windows 10, open the Run dialog box (Windows Key + R), type wsreset.exe, and press Enter. A command prompt will briefly appear, and the Microsoft Store will restart automatically after clearing the cache.

    Open Store and check. Let me know how it goes.

    Okay, let's try to re-register Store and check.

    Type PowerShell at the Start Menu. When it appears, right click on it and select Run as Administrator.

    Enter the following command.

    Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers Microsoft.WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Allow the system to complete the process.

    Restart the PC.

    In that case, please consider performing an In-place Upgrade, as it is highly effective in fixing these issues. This process should restore corrupted operating system files without affecting your personal data, settings, or installed applications.

    You can find the detailed steps to perform an in-place upgrade here:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

    Select Windows 10 ISO as you are using Windows 10.

    Some Tips:

    Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting.

    Disable or uninstall any 3rd party Anti-Virus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade.
