This issue only started happening after I did an in-place upgrade, do you think doing another one would actually help?
Microsoft Store Error code 0x80072F8F
Whenever I attempt to download an app from the Microsoft store I get the error code 0x0072F8F. This issue started after I did an update in place to fix some corrupted system files.

In this case you may need to Refresh the PC. Your personal files will remain intact, but the apps and settings will be reset.
In the Settings app on your Windows device, select Update & Security > Recovery
Select Reset PC
Choose "Keep My Files" (This is important)
Next> Choose "Cloud Download"
