    Hello,

    Download speed depends on the server you are downloading the file as well as your hardware (in this case, your phone).

    I would recommend trying different browsers to download things and see if they are the same speed, otherwise, there really isn't much you can do to change how fast a phone's download speed is, aside from closing unnecessary apps.
