Having these errors AV_nt!KiDispatchException, I did have one that pointed to the network card but that did not return. I do have driver verifier on for most of the none microsoft drivers.

dump file is here 011325-27718-01.dmp

I have tried replacing most hardware except the motherboard, looks like software. can anyone point me in the correct direction.

That new minidump file also lists generic errors while Windows updates was running in the background.

Please disable Driver Verifier and do not re-enable it, then try installing that update again.

I tried to have it download the update and it crashed. I did have verifier on for all drivers and here is the file from that crash

error wise it looks like the others to me. system crashes every 5-10 minutes no way the windows update will install. I tried to update some dell drivers but it just crashes.

    thoughts?
