Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows

I bought a Discord keyboard and now I can't connect it to my Laptop, it won't work with bluetooth and also not with the cable connection.

Does someone know what I can do?

    my earbuds are not connecting to bluetooth and my device is also not showing . if i add my device also it is not showing . in control panel it is showing that headphones are not plugged
