I am very frustrated right now. I returned the original PC and received a second of the same make/model.

    THE SAME ISSUE IS OCCURRING!!!

Is there any resource available where I can speak to a human about this?

I understand your frustration, Jim. It is certainly frustrating to replace a device and face the same problem.

If the problem persists after using the OOBE/BYPASSNRO command, it seems that the problem may be related to the Windows 11 setup process or the underlying configuration of the Lenovo pre-installed system.

    1. We can try contacting Lenovo support.

Lenovo's customer support is your best bet as the brand can usually assist you with this issue remotely.
