    Menu bar and right click menu bar. not while typing.

    I could also see in Microsoft store menus too

    Can you tell me - have you ever reinstalled your Windows prior to this?

    I notice you have some pending updates that need to go through, would you mind uninstalling the language pack, and then finish the updates.

    Then reinstall the language pack via this settings page, and see if it helps.
