Driver amsdk.sys is being blocked from loading

After a recent Windows update, I now get an error message:

A driver cannot load on this device

Driver: amsdk.sys

A security setting is detecting this as a vulnerable driver and blocking it form loading.

You'll need to adjust yur settings to load this driver.

Same here. And I do not see Microsoft adding any more information. Those three steps do not pertain to my settings. There must be more.

Zemana Antimalware Portable is not listed among the list of apps on my computer. I have also installed all Windows updates and still experience the error saying that amsdk.sys is blocked from loading. I'm at a loss as to what to do next, other than to simply turn off the notice. Please advise.

You clearly did NOT read my message. I said I do not have Zemena, have already updated, and did the memory integrity stuff. I already had a warning in my memory integrity, now I have two of them! With it all turned off, I still get the message about not being able to load amsdk.sys. I cannot find the Intel and AMD website. I only find third party sites. Which driver protection tool would I look for? Very vague about Intel and AMD. I'm not a computer wiz!
