I already clicked the reset button in the settings already, but when it booted up, it was in the advanced boot option, and there was no continue or use of a USB driver. And it look like this.

No, I clicked reset PC, and it showed a screen that showed two options. I clicked remove everything; it just reinstalled the window like normal, but when it rebooted, it in advanced boot option, which only shows two option which is "troubleshoot" and "turn off my pc" And here is my configuration of my PC.ImageImage

Thanks for coming back to me.

What's the configuration of your PC ? Do you run multiple operating systems on one machine ?

When browsing the recovery options, you may have clicked on the “Restart now” button, located next to the “Reset PC” button.

Can you try again to click on the “Reset PC” button ? The PC should not restart, but bring you to a blue window, where you're asked between “Keep my files” and “Remove everything”.

    Keep me updated !

Hello ! I'm Aymeric, an independent advisor, and I'm here to help !

If you want to reset your PC, you should not click on “Continue” but on “Troubleshoot your PC” and “Reset your PC”.

However, it's not normal to have no “Continue” button. Have you successfully booted into Windows before going to the advanced boot options?

Do you have an error message when you're booting up your PC ?

Looking forward to your answer !
