NotFreestylin, thank you for the screenshots.

Unfortunately, since this is a custom-built device and there is no specific information available about your system model or motherboard manufacturer, I couldn't find the exact audio drivers. As a result, a clean installation of Windows 10 may be necessary (not just a system restore - which you have already attempted a few times before). This process involves downloading a fresh copy of Windows 10, deleting the current operating system, and performing a full installation.

If you're comfortable with this, I can provide step-by-step instructions in my next message. Please make sure to back up all your files before proceeding with the clean installation.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N

NotFreestylin, thank you for the screenshots.

Based on the pictures provided, it seems there's an issue with the operating system. Have you tried testing it with a different user profile to see if you can type or use the troubleshooter on another profile?

    1. Click Windows + R key, type netplwiz in the run dialog box and click enter.
    2. Select Add.
    3. Click Sign in without a Microsoft account (Not recommended).
    4. Select Local Account.
    5. Enter a username and password.
    6. Sign out and sign in with a new profile.

See if the search bar and other settings are displayed properly in the new user profile.

Regarding the audio issue, In the Device Manager, Uninstall High high-definition audio device (both of them) and restart your computer.

    • That is, Right-click your High-definition audio device, select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.

    • Uninstall both of them and restart your PC.

    • Connect your speakers and test the audio output.

Let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N

    Hello NotFreestylin,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

I am sorry that you are experiencing audio issues on your Windows 11 computer.

First, it seems that you are having trouble running the Audio troubleshooter. In Windows 11, the audio troubleshooter has been moved to a different section, you can find them in,

Settings > System > Troubleshooter > Other Troubleshooter > Audio > Click Run.
Once the troubleshooter identifies the problem, restart your computer and test the audio output.

If you are still experiencing issues, we may need some additional information about your device.

    1. Open Device Manager (Windows + X) and expand the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers.
-Post us the screenshot of the list of audio drivers.
    2. Type msinfo in the search bar on the taskbar and click enter.
Post us the screenshot of the system information window.

If you are having trouble uploading screenshots here, you can try the link below. https://imgur.com/
