No, your license will be automatically activated when you sign in with your Microsoft again during the setup.
During the Windows installation, select "I don't have a product key" and proceed with the Windows installation.
If you would like to know the key, you can take a snapshot of the installed key on your computer using the ShowKeyPlus app.
Download link - https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9pkvzcprx9nv
In case your device is not activated, you can use this key to reactivate Windows again. But, your device should activate automatically after signing in with your Microsoft account.
Let us know how it goes.

No, create a Windows 10 USB Bootable Installation media. And, using that media, install a fresh copy of Windows 10 to your computer. (Since you have already tried system restore 4 times before), we can try a clean install this time.
Important - Make sure you backup all your important files and folders to an external hard disk before proceeding with clean install.
- Plug in an empty USB drive (min 8GB) to a working computer.
- Download the Windows 10 Media creation tool from the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
- When the download is complete, open the tool from your downloads folder, and then select "Yes" when asked if you would like to allow the app to make changes to your device.
- When the Windows 10 Setup guide appears, accept the license terms and agreements.
- Select Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC, and then select Next.
- Choose a language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit), and then select Next.
- Select USB flash drive, and then select Next.
- Follow the steps to create installation media, and then select Finish.
9. Attach the USB flash drive or insert the DVD on the PC where you want to install Windows 10.
- Restart your PC and continuously press F12 or ESC or DEL key to launch the boot options and select your USB drive.
- On the Install Windows page, select your language, time, and keyboard preferences, and then select Next.
- Select Install Windows.
Windows 10 clean install
