I have been getting this BSOD error code randomly while gaming or launching a game. The pc does a hard freeze crash and the pc restarts on its own without showing the blue screen on start up. it doesn't do it all the time though. My temperatures of my system are good and is newly built. I have been getting these crashes since July and the bios i am running is the stock two year old bios. All my drivers are up to date and i can game for hours without it crashing. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    The minidump indicates that the cause of the BSOD is "GenuineIntel.sys". which is the Intel processor driver.

    But it can also be caused by another driver, software or hardware.

    You can try the following.

    Go to the manufacturer's website and search for your system model.

    1. Update the BIOS if available.
    2. Update the chipset and all device drivers.
    3. Disable all overclocking settings, including XMP profile in RAM.

    Also download Intel Driver Support assistant to check if there are any drivers available;

    See if your computer is creating minidump files.

    To find these files, this is the path "C:\Windows\Minidump".

    First copy and paste all the minidump files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud on a website like OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox.

    Choose to share or right click and get the share link.

    Please post the link to the ZIP file here so it can be reviewed.
