    Hi Sabbir,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community!

I’m happy to assist you today.

As per my understanding you are not able to connect speakers and headphones to laptop.

To troubleshoot your audio issues, start by ensuring your speakers or headphones are properly plugged in or connected. Check that the correct device is set as the default in the sound settings by right clicking the sound icon in the taskbar. Run the audio troubleshooter found in Settings - System - Sound to diagnose and fix any issues. Update or reinstall your audio drivers through Device Manager by pressing Windows + X.

If that doesn’t work then it might be the other issue . So for better understanding please let me know the answers for below questions .

Are you seeing any error messages or notifications related to audio?

How are your speakers or headphones connected? (e.g., Bluetooth, USB, 3.5mm jack)

Are you having trouble with built-in speakers, external speakers, or headphones?

Let me know if you need any further help !

yes. No audio at all. Not from apps such as Zoom or Microsoft teams or any website video clips or adds.
