Screen repeatly blinking

I don't know why my laptop do that, I have a driver problem and tried to overcome with uninstall the display driver, because I've been through a similar problem and do the same thing and it worked well. But now I didn't know what the problem is, I have a message that I have run out of memory, and some "Shell ::" thing. If anyone know what the problem is and fix it please help.

    NOO, I mean I have display driver problem and overcome with that thread, what I mean is ,does that problem connect with this problem

    I need some information about your hardware, that seems to be a very old AMD graphics installer.

    Right click your Start Button and open Device manager, then expand the Display Adapters section, please provide a screenshot of that window.

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
