I don't know why my laptop do that, I have a driver problem and tried to overcome with uninstall the display driver, because I've been through a similar problem and do the same thing and it worked well. But now I didn't know what the problem is, I have a message that I have run out of memory, and some "Shell ::" thing. If anyone know what the problem is and fix it please help.

If you cannot find a version of driver that is stable on your system, try contacting AMD support on their website to see if they can provide you with a more compatible version of the driver, if not, try performing an in-place repair with the Windows 10 ISO.

Please follow the steps, this is then not like re-installing Windows, it is just like an update and your personal files, settings and installed software will not be affected.

    Click this link:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), then choose ISO, not USB

When the ISO file completes downloading

    Disconnect from the Internet

Disconnect all external devices with the exception of a mouse or keyboard.

Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed

Then, in Windows File Explorer, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe and select the Install option.

Latest AMD driver was Adrenaline and I can't install adrenaline because it's make my screen stuttering and I have to install catalyst, but if I install catalysts the screen just blinking like that, the only way my laptop runs normally either uninstall the display driver or run on safe mode. And when I through Advance Startup, it's says my windows didn't load correctly

The screen blinking is usually caused by corrupt graphics drivers, download and re-install the latest version of the AMD graphics drivers that AMD provide on this link to see if that resolves the problem.
