Elevated credential issue

I work for an IT helpdesk and we often install software/drivers etc for our users. Recently we have been running into a problem where we attempt to install and when we are required to input our credentials (we usually use our own AD username and password) we are running into it only asking for the password and it has the username as "Technician" with no way to change it and enter in our credentials. Our desktop support has access to the technician account but won't provide us the password for "security reasons." Is there anyway to bypass this and input our own creds?

*Edit: The more choices options only provides a smartcard logon which we do not use.

I think you will need other forum help for this type of question.

This forum is mainly for consumers not business level questions.

I forgot to say this in the OG post (I will edit). The only choice is for a smartcard logon which we do not use.
