    You're computer is still infected.

Run Autoruns as administrator and switched to Scheduled Tasks.

Delete the four pink highlighted tasks (you may as well delete the yellow highlighted ones too):

Reboot the computer then delete these folders:

    C:\Users\justi\AppData\Local\OdiPan

    C:\Users\justi\AppData\Local\yzsx_zsync_1721930379

If you're using Windows Defender, go to Virus & threat protection settings -> Manage settings -> Add or remove exclusions

Remove any exclusions which may have been set.

    • Right click Autoruns and run as administrator
    • In Options, make sure both Hide Microsoft Entries and Hide Windows Entries are unchecked
    • Switch to the Scheduled Tasks tab
    • Right click on \ChromiumModeUpdate and Delete

Copy and paste **shell:common startup** into File Explorer's address bar -> press enter:

    Delete the file $McRebootA5E6DEAA56$.lnk
