Having trouble logging in

I forgot my Microsoft password and when I try to log in it needs my authenticator app however .I no longer have my Microsoft authenticator app logged in and when I try to login in it needs that . When I try to go login in to my authenticator app it also needs me to login using Microsoft and I already cant do that so I cant get in to my authenticator app. BTW this post is made on my school acc and i need to log in to my main acc

    I wish I could handle your problem, however, it is more suitable for publishing on Microsoft Learn (English only), more users post these issues there, you can click on "Ask a question", there are experts who can provide more professional solutions in that place.
