Those features are already unticked as you can see in the above screenshots and also there are no such tick boxes. Usually tick boxes are named the way you said but in this version somehow all the .NET boxes and their sub-boxes are just seperate line items.
.NET Framework Initialization Error, Driver issue
- I recently did a clean installation of Windows 11 23H2 on my laptop. After that I keep getting an Error in MS Store about .NET Framework Initialization.
- I also noticed none of the videos on my laptop are playing any sound. If I play the video through VLC it works but under Media Player or Films & TV it doesn't play the audio. Also my Dolby Audio app when opened displays a message saying "Unable to Access Dolby Audio Drivers. Restart the PC and if problem persists reinstall the drivers." I have tried reinstalling multiple times.
- I feel all these problems are connected somehow. I cannot turn on any Windows Feature from the control panel menu. Sometimes it asks me to restart to changes to take place but during restart it is unable to apply those changes and goes on to undo them. Sometime it doesn't even say Restart it just says couldn't apply the changes requested.

c:\windows\logs\cbs\ <= Zip and upload all files in this folder.
Additionally, upload the following file:
c:\windows\INF\setupapi.dev.log

Ramesh Srinivasan 173.8K Reputation points Volunteer Moderator2024-08-02T09:10:37+00:00 I think there are some permission issues, possibly in the registry. Try a repair installation (though you recently clean-installed the system) https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-run-in-place-upgrade-in-windows-11/4d469147-2747-4dcb-88a4-aae9273a4500
If a repair doesn't help, please share the following setup log file on OneDrive (or any other host) and post the link here:
- C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log
Note: The "C:$WINDOWS.~BT" folder is a hidden folder. To access the folder, press Win + R, type "C:$WINDOWS.~BT" and click OK.
If the setup logs don't provide a clue, we may need to run a detailed trace (unless you want to try a clean installation again).
