    Thanks for the quick reply.

According to your description of the problem, the reason for the problem may be that there is a problem with the boot file of your Windows 11, so please check in msconfig to see if your boot settings are correct as follows.

Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.

    Type msconfig and press Enter.

When msconfig opens, you will see the System Configuration window.

    Select the Boot tab:

Click on the Boot tab at the top of the window.

Look here to see if your system is bootstrapped with Windows 11, if Windows 11 does not appear here, you may need to repair your Windows 11 system. Since your problem involves a dual system, the answer to this question is beyond the scope of this forum, about how to fix it, I suggest you can go to Microsoft Learn (English only), because there are more users posting these questions there, you can click “Ask a question”, there are experts who can provide more professional solutions. Basically I have both windows 10 and windows 11 installed on my laptop. Windows 10 in HDD (Came with laptop while purchasing) and windows 11 in SSD (after a year of use I externally installed SSD because my laptop has extra slot for SSD). Now in normal use I was using windows 11 but from last 2-3 days while putting my laptop on charging after 4-5 minutes on charging laptop windows crashes and shows Blue screen having error code UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION. Today same thing happened again and after automatically restarting laptop from blue screen it boots with windows 10 from HDD and I tried to boot with Windows 11 from BIOS Setup Utility but it does not shows the Windows 11 option for booting in Boot Options -> UEFI Boot Order -> OS Boot Manager of BIOS setup. So by default it is booting windows 10. That's the problem I am facing.

    Hello, Sumit Gohil

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community

Thank you for your feedback. I read the information you provided.

I noticed that the log you provided only records the information of an abnormal shutdown, but there is no other content that can be used to determine the problem.

Therefore, we hope that you can provide more information so that we can give more accurate suggestions.

You can get a small capacity dmp file by following the steps below, which will help you share this relevant dmp information:

    Click "win+R" and enter "sysdm.cpl"

Enter System Properties, click the Advanced tab

Find Startup and Fault Repair, click Settings

In Write Debug Information, select Small Memory Storage

    The following directory will become

    "%SystemRoot%\Minidump"

You can remember this location. If you encounter a blue screen again, you can restart the computer and enter this location into the Explorer. You can see the .DMP file created in the folder. Provide this file to us through private messages, and we will provide you with further suggestions after analysis.

I have sent you a private message. You can provide me with the dmp file by following the steps below.

You can send private messages using the "Messages" link at the top right of the page.

Go to "My Profile" and select "View Private Messages" in the left pane of your profile page to view sent private messages.

    Best regards
