Thank you very much for reaching out! As an Independent Advisor and fellow Microsoft user, I'm more than happy to assist you.

Can you please try the following steps? Feel free to skip any that you've already tried:

    1. Reset the Microsoft Store Cache:
      • Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
      • Type wsreset.exe and press Enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache and may resolve the issue.
    2. Run the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter:
      • Press Win + I to open Settings.
      • Navigate to Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
      • Find Windows Store Apps in the list, double-click it, and select Run the troubleshooter. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
    3. Check Date and Time Settings:
      • Press Win + I to open Settings.
      • Go to Time & Language > Date & Time.
      • Ensure that Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically are turned on. If they are already on, turn them off and then back on again.
    4. Reset the Microsoft Store App:
      • Press Win + I to open Settings.
      • Go to Apps > Apps & features.
      • Find Microsoft Store in the list, click on it, and select Advanced options.
      • Scroll down and click Reset. This will reset the app to its default state.
    5. Reinstall Microsoft Store:
      • Open PowerShell as an administrator.
      • Run the following commands to uninstall and then reinstall the Microsoft Store:

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore | Remove-AppxPackage

            Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
    - Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved

If you encounter further issues or the problem persists, we can explore additional troubleshooting options.

Did this issue occur when you tried to download the app, or are you trying to uninstall it?
