    The thing is i was trying to install the apps. Why would I go to uninstall the apps that hasn't showing anywhere in my pc.

    If you're simply trying to install the apps, I recommend using Creative Cloud if the Microsoft Store isn't working. This should help you get the apps installed without any issues.
