JRE Installer crashing

I want to install JRE on my computer, but I can't. I don't know what's wrong. When I try to install an older version of it (8u51) it works, but I want to make some mods in Minecraft, and the IDE does not support version that old.

I already tried booting in Safe Mode, but still no result. I used a third-party software called System Informer (a program that lets you view processes on windows with sub-processes) and I see that it starts a program called "WerFault" as a sub-process.

I'm sorry that you had problems trying the program, this may represent a real problem with your computer, did your problem improve after reinstalling your computer?

Also, since you may be interested, allow me to give you here a program to recover without reinstalling when you encounter this type of problem:

    1. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    2. Press the power button again to turn on your device.
    3. Immediately after you see Windows start up (e.g., some devices show the manufacturer's logo on reboot), press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    4. Press the Power button again to turn on your device.
    5. When Windows reboots, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to turn off your device.
    6. Press the Power button again to turn on your device.
    7. This time, allow the device to fully boot.
    8. Select Advanced Options.

Now that you are in winRE, on the Select Options screen, select Startup Repair > Reboot > Advanced Options " > "Troubleshooting".

I tried the first methed, and it didn't work. I don't know if I want to do the second method, as I ran into a problem when I created a new account and a service called 'UserService' or something like that didn't start and I had to reinstall my PC.
