KB5039212 update causing explorer error

after the KB5039212 a few of our windows 11 machines that we have gp on to block the users accessing windows store and games . the last couple of days we have had them loose the task bar / startmenu / explorer.exe not working

for some all i had to do was remove the gp and with out a reboot the task bar popped straight back and all working.
but i currntly have 2 machines that even after removing the update and the gp and doing gpupdate and scf and dism and relaunching explorere.exe

and a couple PowerShell that make sure everything it running

i still not got the taskbar and menu and explorer working

    Good day Adrian! I would suggest to post this query to our neighbor forum from the link below as this is best suited in there. They are more oriented on with regards to this type queries/issues and there will be IT Pros and Gurus/System Admins/IT Admins and the likes who has the same deployment or setup in this type of environment and are available that will be able to fulfill your query out there.
