I had issues with my laptop so I decided to run a memory diagnostics tool just to check if everything is working properly. I saw that it's taking too much time so I let it work overnight. I checked it after I woke up and it wasn't completed. I waited and after it finished diagnostics it just restarted all again, I tried pressing escape key f2 delete nothing worked. I even turned it on and off couple of times, but nothing worked. I searched for guides on the internet, but I couldn't find anything useful. Help me please.

    Hi

    Thanks for your reply.

If you're unable to boot into Windows and need to access the Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE) on a laptop, follow these steps:

    1. Force Start into Windows RE:
      • Turn off your laptop completely.
      • Turn it on and as soon as you see the Windows logo or manufacturer's logo, press and hold the power button until the laptop turns off again.
      • Repeat this process 2-3 times until you see the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen.
    2. Access Windows RE via Advanced Startup Options:
      • After you see "Preparing Automatic Repair," wait for Windows to diagnose your PC.
      • You'll be taken to a blue screen with a few options. Choose "Troubleshoot."
    3. From Troubleshoot Menu:
      • In the "Troubleshoot" screen, you have several options. To access Windows RE tools, you can select "Advanced options."
    4. Options in Windows RE:
      • Once in the "Advanced options" menu, you have access to various tools:
        • System Restore: To restore your system to a previous point.
        • System Image Recovery: To recover Windows using a specific system image file.
        • Startup Repair: To fix problems that keep Windows from loading.
        • Command Prompt: For advanced troubleshooting or if you need to perform manual recovery tasks.
        • UEFI Firmware Settings: To change settings in your laptop’s BIOS.
        • Startup Settings: To change Windows startup behavior, enabling Safe Mode and other startup methods.

The exact steps to access Windows RE can vary slightly depending on the manufacturer of your laptop and the version of Windows installed. If these steps do not work, consult your laptop's user manual or the manufacturer's support website for model-specific instructions on accessing the recovery environment.

The problem would be more visible that way.
