Hi everyone, I would like to know why if I open the "windows apps" folder and enter a certain folder, I can't even view the application icons as I'm not allowed to. this problem occurs with only one folder, the other folders open without problems. can you explain to me? Is there any method to access it?

Thank you

    Ciao,
mi chiamo Igor, è un piacere per me aiutare gli altri e cercherò di aiutare te.

I lucchetti gialli sulle icone indicano che i file sono crittografati. Hai reinstallato il sistema o ripristinato?

I didn't do anything you say, I downloaded a paid game from the microsoft store and I can't view those files in folder "WindowsApps".

    Hi,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

Yellow locks on icons mean the files are encrypted. Did you reinstall the system or reset it?
