Hi everyone, I would like to know why if I open the "windows apps" folder and enter a certain folder, I can't even view the application icons as I'm not allowed to. this problem occurs with only one folder, the other folders open without problems. can you explain to me? Is there any method to access it?

Thank you

Please try to run cipher /d command for these files.

Questo comando non è riuscito a determinare che i tuoi file sono crittografati. Puoi aprire le loro proprietà? Se sì, controlla l'attributo Crittografia.

already done, but the encryption option is not checked

This command could not determine your files are encrypted. Can you open their properties? If yes, please check the Encryption attribute.
