After opening ZIP files several times a day from Outlook or other email clients, at some point I can no longer view the contents of these ZIP files. Double-clicking doesn't do anything and when I try to extract the contents of the ZIP file, it's empty.
My only solution at the moment is to restart the computer.
The problem is also occurring on other machines in my organisation.
What can I do?
PS: When I manage to open them, I can't double-click on the document I want to view, whether it's a PDF, DOCX or other document, even though it works at first (and so I have to restart the machine).
