    1. First, all functions related to Hyper-V were disabled one by one and the system was restarted. Then, enter the BIOS settings when restarting after shutdown, and disable the virtualization function (SVM) of the CPU. After turning it on again, re-enter the BIOS and turn on the virtualization function of the CPU. Then, enter the application settings when booting, restart the functions of Hyper-V and virtualization platform, and restart the system. After restarting, run the powershell with the administrator and enter the following command. Bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto

    and then restart the computer

    Hello, Yeh Jovi

    Thanks for visiting Microsoft Community.

I wish I could handle your problem, however, the issues on virtualization is out of reach of the response support community. It is more suitable for publishing on Microsoft Learn (English only), you can click on "Ask a question", there are experts who can provide more professional solutions in that place.

You can try the following methods:

In the Control Panel Windows Components dialog box, first uninstall the WSL component and confirm reboot; then open the same dialog box to install the WSL component and confirm reboot. (For windows subsystem of Linux) Here is a link to the forum where you can raise specific scenarios and share your idea to help solve the problem. Sincerely hope that your question will be dealt with appropriately after contact the correct department. Thank you for your understanding!

Please let me know if you have any other questions or if I haven't explained something clearly.
