notepad giving error

After Windows 11 updates, I'm getting the "Can't find the c:" error in Notepad, and it's been slowing down my computer for the last week, it's getting too hot, I tried all the methods, I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, nothing changed, what other way should I follow?

Cannot find the C:

\SESSION:XCHLXCE1VKW5xQ24dAZxZQAAAAEAAAAAAYHBAAMAAAAAAAA=.txt

file.

    I request you to apply below steps to repair Notepad application.

    1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Cleanup below Temp folders location -> Open Start -> Run -> Type below location one-by-one and press enter -> C:\Windows\Temp -> %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
    3. Run Disk Cleanup from Select C:\ Drive from Properties- > General -> Disk Cleanup - >Cleanup system files
    4. Run below DISM commands from elevated

    prompt.

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    1. Run sfc /scannow from elevated prompt.
    2. Reboot your Computer
    3. Please try again to Uninstall then Install again Notepad app from Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features

    Unfortunately it did not change anything , it comes error again , it says that Not a Valid name

    Hello,

    You need to download .iso file using option "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices"

    from https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...

    Also , it's fine if you do not have DVD drive.
