notepad giving error

After Windows 11 updates, I'm getting the "Can't find the c:" error in Notepad, and it's been slowing down my computer for the last week, it's getting too hot, I tried all the methods, I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, nothing changed, what other way should I follow?

Notepad

Cannot find the C:

\SESSION:XCHLXCE1VKW5xQ24dAZxZQAAAAEAAAAAAYHBAAMAAAAAAAA=.txt

file.

    I really don't understand, it gives an error due to time zone and language, the language is English and there is no United Kingdom Region, so I choose international, it still didn't work, how can I solve this situation, there is a download problem.

    Thanks for your reply and appreciate for providing further Information.

    Lets try other method to download Windows 11 .iso

    Please download Media creation tool from : https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

    After download please Launch it. -> Select Language and Edition -> Select .ISO file and save it to your Local folder location.

    After .iso file downloaded kindly Map it and start repair installation.
