I would like to ask you to take the following steps to assist us in testing the possible causes of the problem and thank you in advance for your patience.

• Click on "..." at the top right of the browser, click on "Settings", go to "System & Performance" and turn off "Use Hardware Acceleration".
• After performing a clean start, in Microsoft Edge, select the "Extensions" icon on the right side of the browser address bar and select "More Actions" next to the extensions you want to remove. Then select "Remove from Microsoft Edge" > "Remove" and follow these steps to remove all extensions, locating the problem in turn.
• Right-click the Microsoft Edge logo on the taskbar and select "New InPrivate Window" to see if the screen is normal.
• Open Settings by pressing "Windows Logo Key + I", select "Apps" – "Apps & Features", search for Microsoft Edge, select "Advanced Options" – "Reset" and “repair” check again.
