In addition to suggestions posted by Rota - MSFT on the first page,
- Clear the browser cache
- Try another browser
- Are you running third-party AV/security or Microsoft Defender?
- If running an ad-blocker, disable it.
- If running a program, app or extension that's "managing" Cookies, disable it.
- If running a program, app or browser extension that's providing enhanced anti-tracking,
disable it.
- In browser settings, verify that you're not blocking JavaScript and are allowing third-party Cookies.

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.
Based on the error message you have provided, it seems that the problem occurs while using the browser, is the error warning popping up while browsing a specific web page? Can you share with me the relevant screenshots and usage scenarios, and if it's a website, can you let me know the link so that we can test and analyse it?
Looking forward to your reply!
