DLL errors

Hey I just got that laptop and for an unknown reason whenever I want to run an app or a game it keeps telling me that some DLL files are missing. I also have a problem with windows update . Can anyone help me with that

    IsDone.dll is an error usually when installing games, what game are you getting that error with and if you right click the installer and select 'Run as Administrator' do you still get that error?

    What error do you get when you install apps, not games?

    Most likely some version of the C++ redistributable needs to be installed

    Please provide a screenshot of the popup errors indicating missing DLL files.
