DLL errors

Hey I just got that laptop and for an unknown reason whenever I want to run an app or a game it keeps telling me that some DLL files are missing. I also have a problem with windows update . Can anyone help me with that

    Both the x86 and x64bit versions if each C++ Redistributable need to be installed, it does not matter if Windows is 64bit, it is the software that may also need the x86bit version.

    Wen you installed the C++ Redistributables, did you install both the X86 and X64bit versions of each redistributable?
