I am randomly getting a WHEA blue screen. Minidump shows BUGCHECK_CODE: 124.

Memtest shows no memory errors.

SFC :

Beginning verification phase of system scan.

Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Please help.

The minidump files indicate that the cause of the BSOD is "AuthenticAMD.sys"

Go to the manufacturer's website, search for your system model and download the latest chipset drivers, and check if there is any BIOS update.

    Perform a DISM and SFC scan;

    https://support.microsoft.com/topic/use-the-sys...

    Disable fast startup:

Press Windows + X on your keyboard.

    Select Power Options.

In the window that appears, click Choose what the power button does.

Go to the right pane and click the Change settings that are currently unavailable link.

    Uncheck Enable fast startup (recommended).

    Click Save changes.

See if your computer is creating minidump files.

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

Copy any minidump files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the ZIP file here.
