We have MS Exchange 2019 CU12 . All was fine and today we are not able to open ECP or Admin center and getting the error:

Server Error in '/ecp' Application.

Runtime Error**Description:**An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

There is no DAG and its a standalone server.

No updates or installations done on it. Issue started two days ago on Friday . Its running on Windows 2022 DC edition.
