I'm affraid you have to do that clean install because you can't remove that 90 days limitation by changeing activation key.

User already installed evauation edition so i want to just activate it. Is it possible? I can enter activation code but i dont have it because of this 365 type of licence

Then you sholud be able to use normal Windows 11 Enterprise instead of time limited evaluation version.
Our 365 licence includes required windows licence and it is assigned to the user in question.
Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation is a trial version of Windows 10 Enterprise, and it cannot be activated using a 365 E3 license. You will need to purchase a full version of Windows 10 Enterprise to activate it using your 365 E3 license.
